Chef Brandon Brimley specializes in curating private events and creating customized items. Why does he call himself Chef Too Much Sauce...? presentation. With over 15 years of culinary experience as a certified chef and four years as a certified mixologist, style and presentation is what fuels his passion.
In 2009, he began his culinary journey, where he studied and graduated at the University of Arkansas at Pulaski Tech, majoring in Culinary Arts and Hospitality, also minoring in Spanish Comm . He has been the owner and executive chef of To The Brim Catering since 2011. Throughout the years, the experiences Chef Too Much Sauce has truly shaped his unique style of cooking. Each recipe is creative and prepared with love and is a journey through the places and memories that we love the most. Every dish should be savored and shared.
Chef Brandon has received many raving reviews from those who experience Cuisine and Cocktails, his latest project. We can't forget to mention that they love how he pairs signature cocktails with his food. Truly a magical experience!
